My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. Even though the service was fantastic and the staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms left a lot to be desired. The location, however, was perfect for my visit to Liberty University. The dining options were good, but there were some minor issues. Overall, I found the facilities satisfactory with a few ups and downs.

The room I stayed in was a smoking one, which was not ideal for me. It was quite tiny with a small stand-up shower making the bathroom feel cramped. The lack of lamps or microwaves was also a downside.
